West Kent Singles Social Nights
FIRST EVENT WEST KENT SINGLES SOCIAL - 29th MARCH
WHAT A BUSY NIGHT! Over 90 people mixed and mingled at the magnificent barn at the Plough in Leigh nr Tonbridge for our first ever social night. People from all over the home counties attended, from Crawley, London, Essex, Ashford and the south coast, not forgetting a good mix of local lads and lasses. Just take a look at them here. As publicised the age range started at 30, with an average of 40 something, proving that there are plenty of us that still know how to go out and have fun. Warm slippers and hot cocoa are years away! The Icebreaking Love/Hate cards went down a storm with some amusing comments. Can anyone help one woman find the guy who wrote his card in red pen - she loved what he put but could not find him! Was that you? Rumor has it that numbers were exchanged for future dating - success! When do I buy my hat? Tina our professional photographer from livelifeephotography took some wonderful shots for peoples on-line profiles. Copies can be obtained via Tina's website. |
SECOND SINGLES NIGHT IS A LAUGH! COMEDY NIGHT AT THE PLOUGH -
8th APRIL Indigogo attendees enjoyed the strange humour of American born comedian at the Plough. Everyone went away having had a laugh for free - better than staying in single watching TV! THIRD SINGLES NIGHT BRINGS ON A WIGGLE AND MINGLE - 4th MAY With the aid of a professional (and 7 month pregnant) dance teacher from the Medway School of Dance in Tonbridge Indigogo attendees took part in dance lessons on how do the Merengue dance. Thankfully there were no broken ankles and a few slick moves were made! Mix and Mingle cards revealed participants most loved and hated songs, the Birdie Song did make a hated appearance! |
