Charity Events

We  have raised vital funds for Pepenbury, supporting adults with learning disabilities by organising following events:

  • Madhatter's Dinner event co-ordination and fundraising for  Limbpower at Westerham Golf Club.
  • Mayors Quiz at the Assembly Hall, Tunbridge Wells event coordination with the Mayors office and their chosen charity.  Over 500 people take part.
  • Active April Challenge Events including climbing Snowdon in conduction with Rock UK and a team from Pepenbury.  Raising £2400.  Riding the rapids at the Lee Valley White Water Centre and raising £2000.
  • Open Day and Fun activities at Pepenbury raising over £3000 and more awareness of the charity.
  • Golf Day at Woodlands Manor Golf Club with the Friends of Pepenbury.  Raising over £6900.
  • West Kent Charity Quiz raising over £2700.

Other charity event support we have offered to the:

  • Round the Island Race (www.iossc.org.uk)
    Bridge safety team crew, car and trailer parking for the Isle of Sheppey Sailing Club's annual race. 
  • Marine Conservation Society Beach Clear (www.mcsuk.org)
    Local promotion, volunteer recruitment, training, statistical analysis and local press involvement for a beach clear.
  • Green Fair
    Full event co-ordination for a charity ecological and green issues awareness day.  This event was run on a budget of just £100!

Working at the Orpheus Centre, a charity set up by Richard Stilgoe.  The Orpheus Centre promotes transition and personal development through the arts for young disabled adults to gain skills for independent living.
  • Rotary annual conference, Eastbourne coordinated the Orpheus band and solo singers to perform in front of 300 rotary members.
  • Bronzefield Prison Bird Song Project coordinated 5 students and their tutors to attend a women's prison and write songs with the female inmates to perform to their families.
  • International Youth Arts Festival production of "Dreamland" at the Rose Theatre, Kingston.  Production Managed the event transporting and coordinating over 70 students and staff to attend and perform their own production.  Look at the photos here:
